During this consultation, we will: ✔ Discuss your hiring needs and objectives to determine if speed interviewing is the right approach. ✔ Outline a structured framework for conducting speed interviews. ✔ Offer guidance on selecting questions, evaluating candidates, and preparing your interviewers. ✔ Share best practices for fairness, efficiency, and a great candidate experience. ✔ Advise on integrating speed interviews into your current hiring process. Consultation Deliverables At the end of your initial consultation, you will receive: - A customized Speed Interview Framework tailored to your roles and objectives. - Suggested interview questions and evaluation criteria. - A clear action plan for implementing speed interviews or proceeding to facilitated sessions. After the consultation, you have the option to proceed with one of our Speed Interview Facilitation Packages, where we will facilitate the sessions on your behalf. If you book a full-service package within 60 days of your consultation, the consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward your final invoice. R. G. Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY 1. Booking Window: - Clients can book consultations up to 30 days in advance. - The minimum booking notice is 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. 2. Full Payment at Booking: - Full payment is required at the time of booking for all consultations. This ensures the appointment is confirmed and reserved. - Payments can be made through our secure online payment system via PayPal. Further payment options will be made available in the near future. 3. Booking Confirmation: - Once full payment is received, clients will receive an automatic confirmation email or SMS with the consultation details and a payment receipt. - Clients will receive an email or SMS reminder 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation Notice: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation to receive a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded. 2. No-Shows: - If a client fails to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice, they will forfeit the full payment and will not be eligible for rescheduling. 3. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule their consultation once without penalty if they notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the original appointment is subject to a 50% fee of the consultation cost. WAITLIST POLICY 1. Waitlist Access: - If all available consultation slots are booked, clients can opt to join the waitlist for the next available time slot. - Clients will be notified via email or text if an appointment becomes available due to cancellations or changes. 2. Waitlist Priority: - Waitlist offers will be extended on a first-come, first-served basis. - Clients will have 48 hours to accept the offer before it is extended to the next client on the list.
