Welcome! I’m Rita G. Funari, the founder of R. G. Virtual Group. I’m passionate about optimizing HR processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving the candidate and employee experience. My journey began in a large corporation that was bringing in highly educated professionals to lead sophisticated projects and research. In my role, I was responsible for developing, implementing, and auditing processes across multiple units that I supervised and managed. I saw firsthand how well-structured processes could improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and create a more seamless experience for both employees and leadership. But it was not just about efficiency, it was about creating an environment where people could thrive.
