We start with an intake meeting with your hiring team to fully understand the role, requirements, and ideal candidate profile. From there, we source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates so you can focus on interviews. This package includes: - Intake meeting to define role requirements and ideal candidate profile - Active and passive candidate sourcing - Resume screening and evaluation - First-round screening calls (if applicable) - Detailed candidate profiles with notes - Shortlist of top candidates (3–5, depending on tier) - Candidate follow-up when applicable based on the client's processes Best For Managers who want qualified candidates delivered efficiently, whether the role is standard, administrative, professional, or hard-to-fill. Duration: 1–3 weeks (depending on role and market) TIER OPTIONS Tier 1 – Administrative / Standard Roles Flat Rate: $1,400 per role Includes: - Active candidate sourcing (job boards, networks) - Resume screening and evaluation - Candidate profiles with notes - Shortlist of 3 candidates Guarantee & Policy: If the initial candidates don’t meet expectations, we provide one additional shortlist at no extra charge. If no suitable candidates are found, we review the search strategy and propose next steps. Tier 2 – Professional / Hard-to-Fill Roles Flat Rate: $2,250 per role Includes: - Active and passive sourcing, including targeted outreach to passive candidates - Resume screening and evaluation - First-round screening calls (if applicable) - Detailed candidate profiles with notes and interview insights - Shortlist of 3–5 top candidates - Candidate follow-up Guarantee & Policy: If the initial candidates don’t meet expectations, we provide one additional shortlist at no extra charge. If no suitable candidates are found, we review the search strategy and propose next steps. If a hire leaves within 30–90 days, we’ll rescreen and present new candidates at no extra charge. R. G. Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY 1. Booking Window: - Clients can book consultations up to 30 days in advance. - The minimum booking notice is 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. 2. Full Payment at Booking: - Full payment is required at the time of booking for all consultations. This ensures the appointment is confirmed and reserved. - Payments can be made through our secure online payment system via PayPal. Further payment options will be made available in the near future. 3. Booking Confirmation: - Once full payment is received, clients will receive an automatic confirmation email or SMS with the consultation details and a payment receipt. - Clients will receive an email or SMS reminder 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation Notice: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation to receive a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded. 2. No-Shows: - If a client fails to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice, they will forfeit the full payment and will not be eligible for rescheduling. 3. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule their consultation once without penalty if they notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the original appointment is subject to a 50% fee of the consultation cost. WAITLIST POLICY 1. Waitlist Access: - If all available consultation slots are booked, clients can opt to join the waitlist for the next available time slot. - Clients will be notified via email or text if an appointment becomes available due to cancellations or changes. 2. Waitlist Priority: - Waitlist offers will be extended on a first-come, first-served basis. - Clients will have 48 hours to accept the offer before it is extended to the next client on the list.
