From intake to offer, we handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer support. Duration: 2–6 weeks (depending on role and market) Tier Options (Contingency Fee) Tier 1 – Standard / Administrative Roles Contingency Fee: 15% of the hired candidate’s annual salary, payable upon the candidate’s official start date Includes: - Intake meeting to define role requirements and ideal candidate profile - Job posting creation and management - Candidate sourcing and resume screening - Interview coordination - Candidate communication and reference checks - Offer preparation and onboarding support Guarantee & Policy: If the hired candidate leaves within 60 days, we will rescreen and present replacement candidates at no additional charge. Tier 2 – Professional / Hard-to-Fill Roles Contingency Fee: 20% of the hired candidate’s annual salary, payable upon the candidate’s official start date Includes: - Everything in Tier 1 - Enhanced sourcing, including passive candidate outreach - First-round interviews and detailed candidate assessment notes - Interview debriefs and candidate recommendations Replacement Candidate Guarantee: if a hire leaves within 90 days, we’ll rescreen and present new candidates at no extra charge Duration: 3–6 weeks (depending on role complexity) R. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY 1. Booking Window: - Clients can book consultations up to 30 days in advance. - The minimum booking notice is 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. 2. Full Payment at Booking: - Full payment is required at the time of booking for all consultations. This ensures the appointment is confirmed and reserved. - Payments can be made through our secure online payment system via PayPal. Further payment options will be made available in the near future. 3. Booking Confirmation: - Once full payment is received, clients will receive an automatic confirmation email or SMS with the consultation details and a payment receipt. - Clients will receive an email or SMS reminder 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation Notice: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation to receive a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded. 2. No-Shows: - If a client fails to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice, they will forfeit the full payment and will not be eligible for rescheduling. 3. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule their consultation once without penalty if they notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the original appointment is subject to a 50% fee of the consultation cost. WAITLIST POLICY 1. Waitlist Access: - If all available consultation slots are booked, clients can opt to join the waitlist for the next available time slot. - Clients will be notified via email or text if an appointment becomes available due to cancellations or changes. 2. Waitlist Priority: - Waitlist offers will be extended on a first-come, first-served basis. - Clients will have 48 hours to accept the offer before it is extended to the next client on the list.
