The AI Strategy Starter Assessment helps your organization decide whether and how to move forward with one defined AI opportunity. We examine the business problem, current workflow, readiness and potential impact and not just a product. You receive an independent, structured assessment and a recommendation to proceed, prepare first, investigate further or defer. This assessment may be right for you if: - You have an AI opportunity but are unsure whether it is worthwhile - You are considering an AI tool or vendor - You want to know whether a workflow is ready for AI - Leadership needs evidence to support a decision - You have questions about feasibility, reliability, employee impact or human oversight What is included: - Pre-assessment questionnaire - One 60-minute leadership discovery session - Current-state workflow snapshot showing inputs, steps, decisions, handoffs and pain points - AI opportunity scorecard evaluating value, feasibility, workflow and information readiness, people impact, risk and measurability - Readiness and gap summary identifying what is in place and what needs attention - Human-oversight map showing where people should review, approve, correct, override or escalate AI-assisted work - Recommendation to proceed, prepare, investigate further or defer - Practical 30–90-day action plan - Findings report and one 45-minute results meeting At the end, you will understand whether the opportunity addresses a meaningful business problem, whether AI appears appropriate, what gaps or risks require attention, where human judgment must remain and what to do next. This is a business and organizational assessment, not a legal, privacy, cybersecurity or technical assessment. We may identify matters requiring further review, but do not provide legal opinions, determine regulatory compliance or replace qualified professional advice. It does not include implementation, custom development, technical audits, formal privacy impact assessments, comprehensive vendor selection or a complete implementation roadmap. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING POLICY 1. Booking Window: - Clients can book consultations up to 30 days in advance. - The minimum booking notice is 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. 2. Full Payment at Booking: - Full payment is required at the time of booking for all consultations. This ensures the appointment is confirmed and reserved. - Payments can be made through our secure online payment system via PayPal. Further payment options will be made available in the near future. 3. Booking Confirmation: - Once full payment is received, clients will receive an automatic confirmation email or SMS with the consultation details and a payment receipt. - Clients will receive an email or SMS reminder 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation Notice: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation to receive a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded. 2. No-Shows: - If a client fails to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice, they will forfeit the full payment and will not be eligible for rescheduling. 3. Rescheduling: - Clients may reschedule their consultation once without penalty if they notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the original appointment is subject to a 50% fee of the consultation cost. WAITLIST POLICY 1. Waitlist Access: - If all available consultation slots are booked, clients can opt to join the waitlist for the next available time slot. - Clients will be notified via email or text if an appointment becomes available due to cancellations or changes. 2. Waitlist Priority: - Waitlist offers will be extended on a first-come, first-served basis. - Clients will have 48 hours to accept the offer before it is extended to the next client on the list.
